when does Journey trigger's in case of effective start date is changed?

Hi Everyone,

I have a scenario where my onboarding journey is triggered based on action "Hire". If I hire an employee with effective date 9th Sep 23 (future dated). however, late on Employee planned to join on 14th Sep 23 so I change the date using "Change start date" action. on which date the journey will trigger?

Is it possible to trigger the journey based on 14th Sep 23?
