How to create SOAP connection using .wsdl file and within which the endpoint url is username/passwor

Hello experts,

For a web service we are are supposed to invoke to retrieve inventory data from third party system, we are provided a .wsdl file, generally we would use that file to create SOAP connection in OIC integration, however the endpoint url within the wsdl is login required, does anyone know if that is supported in OIC connection and how/where to put the username/password?
