What is the difference between Direct Oracle native XML and Direct cXML supplier punch-out source

Will there be any downside if we use Direct Oracle native XML ?

Is the Location name same as the deliver to location that will be send to punch-out site if the check box to send the optional extended user data in the punch-out setup is enabled for a Punch-out with source Oracle native XML ?
