How is Oracle complying with the New York AI bias law?

Summary:

New York recently passed an Artificial Intelligence (AI) hiring law (Automated Employment Decision Tool law). It requires employers who use AI in hiring have to tell candidates that they are doing so and will have to submit to independent audits to prove the systems are not biased. There will be fines for violations. How is Oracle complying with this law?
