Is it possible to view the FTP Account Password entered into a transmission configuration?

We have a transmission configuration set up for transmitting payment files to the bank. The FTP Account User Name and FTP Account Password provided by the bank are obscured with *****. We need to see the password to set up another transmission to the same bank. The bank are unable to help us, requiring a password reset, which we would like to avoid.
