I enabled Career Development functions through Sandbox - Structure and seeing the pages in Classic UI

What could be the reason why Career Development is showing in classic UI for both employee and manager?

All other Talent functions such as Goals and Performance are showing responsive UI pages - the issue is just with career development.

Verified these profile options and they are set to Y
