How to track start dates for internal transfersContent
Morning,
When we transfer/promote an employee we go through the normal process as with other candidates (offer approved in the system, etc.)
After everything has been completed, we change their "hired date" & "start date" in the "main status details".
While this seems to work, is there another way of tracking this? We are replacing the original "hired date" & "start date" with their new "hired date" & "start date" that is associated with their new position.
Curious if there is another way to track the dates of all the positions they were hired to within their profile if that makes sense.
