So far I was 100% convinced that I interpreted the principle of counting time in the Evaluation period correctly. That's what experience has shown.

However, today I received very contradictory information on Oracle Support and I am confused. I would like to consult with the community on the forum, was I wrong about the Evaluation period time in Eloqua?

It's about Evaluation Period time set in Decision Step.

To my knowledge, the Evaluation time is counted for each Contact from the date of entering the campaign. So if he wants to apply three Decision Steps one after the other and in each of them (!) the Contact is to be polled for the next 30 days, then the total time spent by the Contact on the "NO" path will be 90 days (3 x 30 days in each Decision Step).
