We have situation where candidate applied for job on production instance but got New Job Opportunities email from test.

Content (required):

We have scenario where candidate received a new job Opportunities notification from external career site of test instance where candidate had applied for the same on production. On further investigation we realized that candidate was moved from Production to test as result of P2T. Which triggered the notification to candidate from external career site for similar job.

is it possible? if Yes, how can we stop candidates getting these notification from admin or recruiters end.
