Is there a way to add an "Action Reason" field on the job offer page?

The point is, when HR users convert pending workers, they have to provide a mandatory action reason (incremental or replacement), but they are not aware of what to select. It would make sense to allow the action reason field on the offer page to be populated by the recruiter and then inherited in the convert pending worker page.

This is extremely urgent. I appreciate any input.
