Reporting on a Managers Direct Reporting Line

Hiya,

I went on a workshop recently in Reading and Julian kindly told me how I should be able to report on direct employees under a manager instead of direct and indirect.

I know for direct and indirect we can use the Assignment Manager folder with any field within it, but I cannot remember how to get this working where it only returns the managers direct reporting line only.
