OM Cloud: Is there a late code reason flexfield at the Sales Order header and line level?

We would like to add Sales Order Late code reasons at the Sales Order Header and Line Level?

Able to add Sales Order Late Code reasons at the Sales Order Header and Line level. If we were not able fulfill the customer promise date, we would like to add a late code reason for us to be able to identify the top 5 reasons and tackle them.
