Interview scheduling via Evaluation Management for candidate

Hi,

Has anyone implemented Evaluation management to  send interview invite to Candidates too (in addition to interviewers) ?

I know Oracle does not recommend it, but we are only planning to use only Interview scheduling functionality of Evaluation Management and not the evaluation Questionnaires. Also the current "Schedule an Interview" option comes with multiple limitations (Available time slots in 30 min range, Unable to send invites to external participant, Unable to schedule multiple interviews simultaneously etc)

Oracle does not recommend using "Schedule an Interview" and Evaluation Management together, however one of Oracle's knowledge document says that 'Interview scheduling functionality within Evaluation Management is for evaluators. Candidate invites should be sent via 'Schedule an Interview" option - which are two contradicting piece of information.
