401 Unauthorized error at Token Relay Plugin

We had built an app without security. Now, we added security (requires authenticated user) with "Oracle Cloud Account" to access the backend Oracle CRM (OEC) Rest api, as we want to propagate the identity. We are also using PUDS (Proxy User Data Service). We are now getting a "401 Unauthrorized" error at token relay plugin. I stripped off most of the code to detect where the error is originating and now, it barely has 1 Service Connection and Table based on that and still getting the 401 on token relay and WxWorkOrder_c (transaction data from Oracle CRM/OEC).
