Fast formula for Automating Progression Grade Ladder from DFF
Hello,
the client have this requirement that employee should be able to step up in the Progression Grade ladder once this employee reached 365 days from the New Contract Start date (this a a DFF) to Current Date. (Example: New Contract Start Date is August 7,2022, and the current date is August 15,2023= so the employee should be able to step up from Step 36 to Step 37 since this employee already reached 1 year). The next step up of the employee should be on August 7, 2024, even the Run Grade Step Progression is running everyday.
We are customizing this fast formula to get the desired results but the progression is not successful. Can somebody helped us what's wrong this fast formula?
