Import payable invoice Process dosn't transfer invoices from Interface table to base table

Summary:

when run Import payable invoice Process it doesn't transfer invoices from Interface table to base table , records still in interface table and Import payable invoice report return empty ,no data found

how could track error or reason for this issue!!!
