Using Skip Current Assignment in BPM Worklist causes REQ to Reject

Summary:

I am testing 23C and I used "Skip Current Assignment" for Requisition Approval rather than chasing down users to login and approve REQ. After the last approver the REQ auto rejected. There is no information in Document History that details which rule rejected (no red x). We need to understand why this Rejected after the last approver was Skipped.
