Good afternoon!

Has anyone had to comply with the Illinois "Equal Pay Registration Certificate" requirement for their company to do business in the state of Illinois? If so, are you able to leverage any Oracle-delivered reports to get the data required? Or have you been able to build something that has returned the required data? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

https://labor.illinois.gov/laws-rules, under Equal Pay Act of 2003/Equal Pay Registration Certificate (EPRC).  Data points include demographic, pay and job data for the full calendar year.
