OBI Reporting performance
We encountered some issue with Agents and Reports recently, especially since June 19, 2023. The agent failed. The report killed due to time out. Both agents and reports were built and running many years. Oracle has been contacted, but just ask us to optimize the reports to improve the performance and indicated that's the reason. I doubt why the issue came suddenly due to the performance reason. Does anyone encounter the same issue or similar issue? We have more than 100 agents and reports in Taleo. 2 agents and about 5 reports were impacted.
