Are you able to assign a resource the Contract Administrator role for multiple Contract Organization

Summary: I am receiving the error "An active role for this resource already exists in an overlapping date range, either in this organization or in a different organization. (HZ-120224)" when trying to add a resource as a Contract Administrator to multiple Contract Organization. Is there a work around or another role that can be provided for a user to be a Contract Administrator for multiple Contract Organization?
