New data permissions were created to control access to Benefits related details. These are detailed in KM 2927428.1, listing five entries customers are required to add to delivered/custom roles.

Not being a security expert, I am uncertain whether and how to apply the changes listed in the guidance document. First is what do these changes actually impact? I.e. If I don't apply them is something going to break? Next is how to apply them. Using the dialogue box to add a data permission is confusing and I don't know what values I'm supposed to provide. Is there a key to identifying the "Policy Name", "Data Resource", "Data Set" and "Actions"?
