Name of/where to find the OTBI report that produces the infotile on the landing page for Expenses

Summary:

I would like to add some content to that infotile, but I have not yet discovered where to find it in the Reports and Analytics folders. At one time the infotile showed the word "Expired" when an approval did not act upon a submitted report in a certain amount of time. That is no longer the case and I am trying to figure out how to return that functionality.
