Will system consider the Cancelled sales order for Credit limit

Summary:

We are testing some scenarios in Credit check fucntioanlity.

If the customer credit limit is 100000

Sales order 1 is booked for 5000 and no HOLD is applied

Sales order 2 is Booked for 5001 and the HOLD is applied.

Now iam cancelling the Sales order 1 and if i tried to revise the Sales order will the HOLD will be applied for this.
