Purge Recruiting candidate data by country after pre-defined period based on custom policy

Summary:

Need to purge a candidate data after the candidate is not hired and their status is changed to Withdraw/Rejected.

Content (required):

Candidates when applied to Job Requisition and after if they not hired.

Unselected candidates still retain in system. And when user searches in candidate search still the user able to view/see the candidate information.

So, we want to purge these candidates data by country after pre-defined period based on custom policy.

Anyone has already come across this and able to achieve it.
