Need suggestions / opinions for sending termed records for xx days in reports and extracts.

Summary:

Hi Experts,

we have a requirement to send all active records and termed records that were termed in the last 10 days. please note this is problem encountered primarily in HCM extracts where we are driving the data through the effective date parameter.

For sending the termed records we were using the condition - ppos.actual_termination_date > SYSDATE - 11 where ppos is referring to the per periods of service table. This was working fine but for cases where business users are doing termination with retro dates that are older than 10 days , these terms were not getting sent. so it was decided to increase the date from 10 to 90 days. However on of the users were not happy with this solution and asked if there was another way to go about this . asking your opinions/suggestions for this.

Howdy, Stranger!
