Getting Error at the time of attaching Salary Basis from Offer Page for Sri Lanka and Bangladesh

We have created Salary Basis which salary Basis type is determined by rates. We are able to attached the salary basis from person management compensation> Change Salary section. However not able to attached the same from offer page and getting some error.

We have created Salary Basis which salary Basis type is determined by rates. We have created rate defination and that attached with Salary Basis as well. We are able to attached the salary basis from person management compensation> Change Salary section.
