How to Read File Contents of an Attachment on a Purchase Order using BIP report?

We have created Attachments on a Purchase Order Header. Our Requirement is to read the file contents of the attachment using a BIP query.

Is it possible to do that? If Yes What is the backend table where the file contents get stored.
