Is there an ability to filter the Account Name suggestions from Dynamic Choice List field

What I would like and wondering if it's possible to filter account name suggestions so it excludes inactive (status) accounts.

When our users are creating an Opportunity there are 3 fields on the create page layout which is based on Choice List (Dynamic) <OrganizationProfile>. When a user starts typing the account name there are suggestions given however it displays all accounts in the system. What I would like and wondering if it's possible to filter those suggestions so it excludes inactive (status) accounts.
