Approved AR Adjustment is still showing in the Approval Queue

Summary:

Content (required):

An AR adjustment is created and sent for approval.

The Adjustment is approved and applied.

But, For the approver, The Approved AR Adjustment is still showing in the Approval Queue in AR Billing page.

Once approved, this should have dropped off the approval queue.

How to fix this?
