How to create CDM read only User role ?

Summary:

Hi, I tried to create CDM read-only role. I added all the privileges related to the inquiry/search/View privileges to that role. Still, I can't able to view Organization/Person profile. It's showing empty. when I add manage privilege and i can able to edit. Could you pls assist?
