BPM Worklist

BPM Worklist vs Transaction Console

There are transactions under transaction console that are reflected as error, however, when you go to BPM Worklist and query the same transaction, it is reflected as approved. I have observed this with vacation approval and other tasks as well. Is there a request that must be generated to update "Transaction Console" to reflect the same as BPM worklist?
