Compensation Notification name edit to be more detailed specific,

Summary:

Our customer wants to modify the notification that displays the specific details of the specific worker that has been modified. The notification is specific when another HR overrides their change in the worker. I know we can modify the content inside the notification but we want to ask as well if we can modify the notification name itself. and if it's not possible, we just need a statement or document from Oracle that it is not possible to present to our customer, hope someone can help.
