Journeys Selection Type - Unable to Edit the Option Profile

I have tried following the guidance outlined in the document "Assign a Journey to Multiple Persons", where it calls for editing the ORA_PER_SOA_JOURNEY_ASSIGNEE_SELECTION_TYPE Profile Option. Unfortunately, the application has locked this seeded profile and will not allow me to make/save any edits.

I know this topic has been raised a number of times, but do not see any details on how to do this. Is there some other step, or security role, required to update the profile option?
