Autofill Mass populate

Summary:

Is there any way to mass populate auto-fill changes to the entire enterprise or at least to all the time-frames within a market?

Content (required):

We are looking to make changes to the autofill set-up that we currently have for all our markets, however the only possible way that we can see from the front-end is to manually click each time-frame (We have five 2-hour windows), select the checkbox, then make the changes needed for that time-frame & then continue to the next field. Just for one market we would need to repeat this process 10 times. Is there a more efficient way to complete this change other than going one-by-one?
