Is it possible to retrieve Termination Date of an Inactive Employee during a Rehiring?

Summary:

A rule to obtain the Termination Date of the last Work Relationship and validate it against the Effective Start Date of the rehire was made under the Worker Work Relationship business object with no success whatsoever.

Content (required):

Our client asked us to develop an Autocomplete Rule which validates that the termination date of an employee's work relationship is not less than 6 months, in the context of the employee's rehiring.

So far, the attempt was made under the Worker Work Relationship and the When and Why business objects. In the first case, we couldn't achieve the purpose using the following rowsets:
