How to prefix notification title with Person number

Hi Experts

We have a requirement to prefix Document of Records (DOR) notification title with Person number.

I tried through "BPM Worklist>>Administration>> Task Configuration>>DocumentofRecordApproval>> Title Translation" but couldn't figure out which node to be taken for Person number for who DOR is submitted.


I need your expert help to achieve this.
