How to enable Cases subtab in Contacts layout?

Hi,
I want to enable Cases subtab in the Contacts layout but I cannot see the subtab in the application composer when I am modifying the Contact's page layout. The Cases object is visible under Service -> Cases, however.
Is there any additional setup that needs to be done for this?
