Requisition DFF to be available while creating offer letter, which should be editable

Hi Team,

We have a requirement wherein a DFF which is available on requisition page will have LOV's and hiring team would choose one while creating the requisition.

Later on while creating offer, the dff should also be available and which can be editable by the respective user. Can you please let us know any workaround for this.
