How to import receipts from external system as a work confirmation receipt in Oracle

Summary:

Hello All,

Customer has a requirement of importing receipts from Maximo as a work confirmation receipt in Oracle (work confirmation enabled PO style)

Below detail Process:

1.    Milestone based POs are created in Oracle and interfaced to Maximo.

2.    Receipts are done in Maximo, it will be normal receipt in Maximo.

3.    Once receipt is done in Maximo, import that receipt as a work confirmation receipt in Oracle (meaning Create, Submit, Approve work confirmation, and create receipt using API)

 Kindly help if anyone has implemented this or any pointer on which web service to be used for each operation?
