First of all, thanks so much for all of the assistance provided through this website.  I am not sure this one has a solution.  In our merit workbooks, the calculations are set to prevent anyone's base pay from going over the max of the range for their job.  Out of 20,000 eligible employees, there are about 2,000 for whom the range maximum does not populate.  Our HRIS team is working on this, but given that we open the cycle to managers this Thursday, I am desperately trying to find a work-around.  I thought I could add in a formula, using
