Is there any option to adjust data in the FBDI template?

Can adjustments be made to the original budget upload data? The user loaded the original budgets in the last month on different account combinations using FBDI template. In the current month the user wants to adjust the budget amount (either increase or decrease) on each combination of original budget data. For each combination the user is entering one more line for the adjustment. Is there any adjustment option in the program/in the template load for that line without reproducing the original data line and entering the corresponding adjustment line. It is cumbersome process to reenter all the original
