Manager is unable to view Attachment uploaded by employees when Approving License and Certification

Hi,

When an employee goes to ME > Carrer and Performance > Skills & Qualifications > Licenses and Certifications

Add a new certificate along with the required details along with the certificate attachment. The changes trigger an Approval Process and the respective Manager get the notification for approval. Please refer the attached screenshot

However the Approval Notification does not have the option for the Manager to view or download the attachment before approving it.

Please advise the options to enable the options to let the Manager view the certificate copy before approving
