Can I send secure reports from Insight?

I have a client who wants to be sent, monthly, a list of all contacts who unsubscribe from communications. I've built an agent to deliver this report. However, the client also wants this report to be encrypted. Is there a way to do this within Insight or the Agent Builder Wizard? I've tried adding 'SECURE' to the delivery content subject line but that doesn't work.
