Is there any impact on other objects,If we migrate the hierarchies through implementation project

In current scenario we have already migrated the Tree Hierarchies through FBDI process from Dev2 to Dev1 and we are facing the version id issue (different in DEV2 and DEV1) for same hierarchy. Now if we re-migrate the same through Implementation Project package only for task 'Manage Account Hierarchy'. Now the version ids are the same for hierarchies as it was in dev2.

Is there any impact on other objects, If we migrate the hierarchies only through implementation project package for only task 'Manage Account Hierarchy'
