Possibility to change BU for Renewed extended warranty contract from Included Warranty Contract

In our implementation, the assets get shipped from one Business Unit (Eg: Israel BU) via Sales Order to Customer locations across globe and the Service is performed by the Team under each Local Business Unit (Eg: Taiwan BU).

So when an asset is shipped from Israel to a customer in Taiwan, the SO is having BU as Israel and associated Included Warranty subscription is automatically created under Israel BU. When this included warranty is renewed (Automatic/Manual), the extended warranty renewed contract is getting created under Israel BU only.
