Summary:

Hi All,

1.We are "Unable to restrict service request categories based on the business unit".

2.We are Implementing NextGen HRHD.

3. We have a requirement where we have created separate Categories for "BU 1"and "BU 2", Employees only sees Categories which are tagged to Default Business Unit.

HZ_DEFAULT_BU_CRM - "BU 1"

HZ_ENABLE_MULTIPLE_BU_CRM - YES

4. Only when we are Adding Employees to the Resource Organization, then they are able to see Service Request categories based on Business units.

However, not all employees are Resources and thus would not be associated with a resource organization.


5.We have used the below Trigger, to get Employees Business Unit on the SR creation Page
