Administrators are not able to view anyone in the My Client Groups >> Journeys
Summary:
Administrators are not able to view anyone in the My Client Groups >> Journeys
Content (required):
Hi Team,
As an administrator, I am not able to view anyone in the My Client Groups >> Journeys. Is having person number mandatory to see all the people with journeys?
Even as HR admin with person number is not able see anyone. Am I missing any security. Does the person needs to be part of owner/initiator to see the journey as admin?
Thank you,
Shikha
