Need an ability to specify adhoc supplier email ID on self service requisition where PO can be communicated

1. When requisition is created, it automatically pulls the active supplier contact and displays its email ID. This email ID can’t be updated, as it is read only.
2. What users need is the ability to specify an adhoc email ID where the resulting PO should be dispatched. In other words, the ability to update the email ID displayed by the system OR
3. the ability to select a blank supplier contact and then manually enter the email ID as shown below
