Approval button needs to be removed in the notifications tab

Hi Team,


I have a requirement that when an employee modifies the existing goal in goal management, a notification will go to the manager for approval. While the manager sees the notification by clicking on the notification tab, approve and reject buttons will pop up. Is it feasible to remove the approve/Reject in the notification, attaching the screenshot for reference?
