OCI: Unable To Start nfs-server.service

Symptoms:

Not able to start nfs-server.service.

# systemctl start nfs-server.service
A dependency job for nfs-server.service failed. See 'journalctl -xe' for details.

   Loaded: loaded (/usr/lib/systemd/system/nfs-server.service; disabled; vendor preset: disabled)

   Active: inactive (dead)
